This Privacy Policy applies to the BlockBlast! application for mobile devices (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") developed by Leiyi Youchuang (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider").

The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and register the Application. Registration with a Service Provider is not mandatory. However, please note that you may not be able to use certain features offered by the Application unless you register with a Service Provider.

The Service Provider may also use the information you provide to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notifications and marketing promotions.

In addition, the Application may automatically collect certain information, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device ID, your mobile device's IP address, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, and information about how you use the Application.

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Only aggregated, anonymous data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the service provider improve the application and its services. The service provider may share your information with third parties as described in this privacy statement.

Service providers may disclose user-provided and automatically-collected information in the following circumstances:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
• When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• With trusted service providers working on their behalf, who cannot independently use the information we disclose to them and who have agreed to abide by the rules set forth in this Privacy Statement.

You can do this by uninstalling the app. You can use the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or through the mobile application marketplace or network.

Service Provider will retain User Provided Data during your use of the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter. Service Provider will retain automatically collected information for up to 24 months and may store it in aggregate form thereafter. If you would like Service Provider to delete User Provided Data that you have provided through the Application, please contact them at parkerwayland86@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Please note that the Application may require some or all of the data provided by the user in order to function properly.

Service Provider is concerned about protecting the confidentiality of your information. Service Provider provides physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to such information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know the information in order to operate, develop or improve their Application. Please note that while we strive to provide reasonable security for the information we process and maintain, no security system is immune to all potential security breaches.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes, as continued use will constitute your agreement to all changes.

By using this Application, you consent to the Service Provider processing your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy (as it currently stands and as amended by us). "Processing" means using Cookies on a computer/handheld device or using or accessing information in any way, including but not limited to collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information.
